Our customer care executives ensure that each patient gets a unique identification number (UHID). The patient/companions are escorted by the OPD assistant to the admission desk. Then, the admission desk carries out the following steps as listed below:
When the patient is ready for discharge, the process is actioned by the staff nurse.
The final bill is handed to patient/companions, and is cleared via cash/credit card. In cases of patients with insurance cover, an immediate intimation is sent to the concerned TPA, with the final bill for final clearance, and coordinated by IP team.
