Marketing Executive

Job Purpose:
Drive the marketing initiatives to create brand awareness and better reach to the community


Job Responsibilities:
● Visualize and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
● Create awareness of and develop the brand you are marketing
● Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
● Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
● Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media),
exhibitions and promotional events
● Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns
● Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and
competition ventures
● Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
● Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in
promotional activities
● Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and
exhibitions source and secure sponsorship
● Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of
performance
● Identify potential referral sources and conduct further follow up
● Preparing budget estimations and getting necessary approvals for various marketing
campaigns
● Build a good rapport with the internal and external consultants
Job Specifications:
● Qualification: BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
● Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience as marketing executive, preferably in
hospitals or similar industry
● Technical Skills / Job related skills: MS Office, CRM software, knowledge on various
social media platforms and Web Analytics tools, Marketing research techniques
● Management Skills: Be a good team player, maintain good people relations, Strong
organizational and time-management abilities
● Communication Skills: Good command over English
