Role: OT Incharge

Job Purpose:
responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the surgical suites, ensuring compliance
with healthcare protocols, managing staff, and optimizing resource usage to provide highquality patient care and safety.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the operating theatre staff.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and protocols.
• Manage scheduling of surgeries and allocation of theatre resources.
• Maintain inventory levels of surgical supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical professionals.
• Monitor and assess the performance of the operating theatre team.
• Implement and review policies and procedures for theatre operations.
• Provide training and development opportunities for staff.
  

Job Specifications:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, nursing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 – 10years of experience working in an operation theatre
  setting.
• Technical Skills / Job related skills: Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
• Management Skills: Be a good team player, maintain good people relations
• Communication Skills: Good command over English
