Job Purpose:
Responsible for patient assessment, as well as planning of provide high-quality care to
critically ill patients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan and implement nursing activities
• Carry out the doctor’s order within the hospital policy and legal limitations
• Operate and manage ICU equipment such as ventilators, monitors, infusion pumps
• Maintain records and reports of patient’s medical histories, and monitor developments
  in their health conditions
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies
• Be alert and observant on every aspect of patient care including diet, physical activities
  and psychosocial interactions
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention as
• required
• Provide immediate and advanced care during medical emergencies, like accidents,
  burns, cardiac arrest, stroke etc.

Job Specifications:

• Qualification: B.sc/Diploma Degree in Nursing, GNM Certification
• Experience: Minimum of 2 year of experience as a nurse
• Technical Skills / Job related skills: Record Management, high standard of patient care
• Management Skills: Be a good team player, maintain good people relations, maintain
  a positive attitude
• Communication Skills: Good command over English, Kannada, Good listening skills
  and ability to display empathy and provide advice
