Role: Head – Marketing

Job Purpose:
Enhancing the marketing efforts for Aveksha Hospital leading to better brand visibility and
revenue generation

Job Responsibilities:

1. Neighbourhood Marketing
   Guide the team to plan and execute strategies related to neighbourhood activities which
   includes but not limited to setting up clinics and medical camps in apartments and
   parks.
   Creating MoUs with apartment associations or various cultural associations
   
2. Referral Marketing
   Guide the team to plan and execute strategies to set up meetings with referral doctors
   and increase referral revenue
   Guide the team to get into agreements with all nursing homes and small hospitals in
   and around Aveksha Hospital for referral business
   Organizing activities for referral doctors
   Guide the team to create a network of ambulance operators /healthcare facilitators to
   bring in business
   Target increase in visiting consultants base
   
3. Corporate Marketing
   Empanelment of government PSUs / private sector organizations
   Empanelment / renewal of TPA / insurers
   Organizing activities in corporate sectors to increase brand awareness
   Build and maintain good relationships with corporates (Govt / Private sector) through
   regular visits and other touchpoints and thereby increase business
   
4. Team Management
   Set clear targets and deliverables for each of the team members
   Conduct regular meetings to provide updates and feedback
   Periodic review of their performance
   Guide and support the team as required
   Provide training to the team on the various products / general marketing initiatives
   Address grievances
   Active participation in recruitment / skill enhancement of the team
   
5. Management Reviews
   Prepare Annual MarketingPlan and budget for the FY
   Provide monthly reports on marketing activities
   Review marketing revenues on a monthly basis
   
   Job Specifications:
   ● Qualification: Graduate with specialization in Marketing
   ● Experience: 10+ years of experience in managing marketing activities for hospitals
   ● Technical Skills / Job – related Skills: Experience in networking, building and maintaining
   relationships with corporates and public sector companies
   ● Management Skills: team player, maintain good people relations, resolution, time
   management
   ● Communication Skills: Good command over Kannada/English. Ability to resolve
   problems through effective communication. Practice timely communication and follow –
   ups
