Rules and Regulations for the Pediatric Week Painting Contest:
Eligibility:
a. The Painting Contest is open to children aged below 15.
b. Participants must fall into one of the following age groups: 2-5, 6-10, or 11-15.
Registration:
a. Participants must register for the Painting Contest in advance.
b. Registration forms can be obtained from [Your School/Institution] or Aveksha Hospital.
c. Completed registration forms must be submitted before the specified deadline.
Painting Guidelines:
a. Participants must bring their own painting supplies, including paints, brushes, and any other necessary materials.
b. The painting must be done on the provided paper, which will be provided at the venue.
c. The artwork must be original and created solely by the participant.
d. Each participant is allowed to submit only one painting.
Contest Topics:
a. Participants must choose a topic based on their respective age groups, as mentioned in the provided poster.
b. The artwork should reflect the chosen topic and align with the specified age group category.
Time Limit:
a. Participants will be allotted one hour to complete their paintings.
b. The exact duration will be communicated to the participants on the day of the event.
Judging Criteria:
a. The paintings will be judged based on creativity, originality, artistic skill, and adherence to the chosen topic.
b. Judges’ decisions will be final and binding.
Exhibition and Recognition:
a. All submitted paintings will be displayed in the hospital following the contest.
b. Participants will have the opportunity to share their inspiration and artistic process during the exhibition.
c. Winners will be announced after the event.
Code of Conduct:
a. Participants must conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner.
b. Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or unfair practices will result in immediate disqualification.
Parental Consent:
a. Parents or guardians must accompany their child during the contest and exhibition.

a. Participants and their parents/guardians must take necessary precautions and ensure their own safety.
