Visitor's Information

Visiting Hours:

  • In wards – Morning (11:00 am–12:00 pm) & Evening (4:00 pm–6:00 pm)
  • In ICUs – Morning (10:30 am–11:30 am) & Evening (3:00 pm–4:00 pm)
  • Wards on Sundays – (4:00 pm–7:00 pm)
  • Only 1 attender is allowed at a time
  • Kindly adhere to our visitors policy in order to minimise the inconvenience to patients.
  • Kindly keep your belongings safe, avoid wearing any jewellery during your stay, as people from various departments visit your rooms. Kindly handover all jewellery to your attender.
  • Kindly cooperate with our staff for better service.
  • During discharge, please keep all medicines organized and placed on the bedside table. Kindly give a sign off declaring that you’re in no possession of medicines to be returned to the pharmacy.
  • In case you wish to change your room or upgrade to a higher room, the charges shall be applicable as per the higher variant room.
  • No act of violence shall be entertained during your stay; we also request you to inform the in-patient department in case of rude staff behaviour, or poor response to your other grievance/s.
  • All unused medicines shall be returned to the pharmacy. We request you to check, and report the same to a nurse if any medicines are damaged, as they are not accepted at the pharmacy.
  • We request you to wear hospital uniform, to aid easy identification by our staff. Wearing hospital uniform is mandatory.
  • In-patient services team shall be interacting with you on a regular basis to make your stay hassle-free. We request you to kindly cooperate with us to ensure this.
  • In cases of patients with insurance coverage, the process for final claim approval, post preparing the discharge summary, will take 3–4 hours based on the Insurance Company being dealt with. This will be explained to you by our In-patient services team.
  • Kindly inform our Head of Operations if anyone is found asking for tips. We sincerely request you not to tip anyone at the hospital during your stay. However, we appreciate testimonials and appreciation for the best-performing personnel, so the hospital can facilitate them appropriately.
