Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team at a leading multi-speciality hospital in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance the hospital’s online presence, attract potential patients, and improve brand awareness. This role requires a blend of creative, analytical, and technical skills to drive growth and engagement across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote the hospital’s services, specialities, and brand, with a focus on patient acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Content Marketing: Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blogs, social media posts, videos, and newsletters, that highlight the hospital’s specialties, patient success stories, and health tips.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow the hospital’s presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube through engaging and informative posts and campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. Provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with doctors, the marketing team, and external agencies to ensure alignment on all marketing initiatives.
- Healthcare Campaigns: Design and execute health awareness campaigns related to various specialties such as cardiology, orthopedics, oncology, etc., to engage with the community.
- Partner Management – Act as the primary liaison between the hospital and external digital marketing partners. Ensure alignment with business goals, monitor progress, and evaluate results for the following – a. SEO & SEM: Collaborate with external agencies and partners to develop and execute SEO and SEM strategies. Monitor performance to increase organic search visibility and optimize SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) for patient acquisition. b. Website Management: Work with website management partners to ensure the hospital’s website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions (appointments, inquiries). Ensure regular updates and performance tracking. c. Performance Marketing: Manage external partners to run performance marketing campaigns, including display ads, re-marketing, and paid search, ensuring they meet predefined KPIs and maximize ROI.
- Reputation Management: Monitor and manage the hospital’s online reputation on platforms such as Google Reviews, Practo, Just-dial, etc. Respond to reviews and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage digital marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI across paid advertising and other digital initiatives.
- Brand Guidelines: Ensure that all internal and external communications are consistent with the hospital’s brand guidelines, and provide guidance to internal stakeholders on maintaining brand integrity.
Qualifications & Experience
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. – Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with prior experience in the healthcare/hospital industry (mandatory) – Proven experience with SEO, SEM, social media management, email marketing, and content marketing. – Strong understanding of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush). – Hands-on experience with PPC advertising, Google Ads, and social media ads. – Excellent written and verbal communication skills. – Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills. – Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
