Job Responsibilities:
● Develops long term strategies for growth, thinks globally by taking a broad view of the
business and its opportunities.
● Establishes operational strategies by evaluating trends, establishing critical measurements
and determining quality and patient service strategies
● Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure efficiency and productivity.
● Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational success.
● Analyze and improve operational processes to enhance performance and reduce costs.
● Implement best practices and innovative solutions to drive operational excellence.
● Collaborate with other departments to align operational activities with organizational
goals.
● Engage with external stakeholders as needed to support operational objectives.

Job Specifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
or Master’s degree or equivalent.
● Minimum of 10+ years of Experience in Healthcare
● Proven experience in an operational management role, with a track record of successful
project management and process improvement.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
